Join me in Bali for a 12-day journey of transcendent beauty, self-nurturing, and falling in love with your own deep wisdom.
Dates: May 12-24, 2025
Our journey through Bali provides opportunities to nurture your body, mind, heart, and spirit. As you engage in the many expressions of Bali’s spiritual heart like daily prayer, water rituals, and morning yoga, your spiritual practice deepens and takes root in your everyday life. Your time, as we journey is balanced between practice, reflection, exploring, and connection. We cultivate awareness through holotropic breathwork, yoga, inner reflection, and group work. Your immersion into the spiritual energy of Bali sparks inspiration and awakens new possibilities.
Bali receives you with love and beauty
Everything in Bali seems to awaken the senses—from lush tropical forests and chattering monkeys, to warm ocean breezes and sparkling waterfalls the beauty transcends the imagination. Offerings crafted from fresh flowers and banana leaves are prepared daily and placed with burning incense on top in front of every building, along every street. On your way to get your Balinese coffee each morning, you can see their smoke dancing upward through sunlight, the smell of flowers and sweet incense filling the air.
The soulful spirit of the Balinese people
You may never again experience a people as earnest or kind as the Balinese. Their spirit, generosity, and warmth enchant and delight the soul. Your smile comes alive in Bali! You may find, like others, that immersion in the spirit of the Bali culture supports healing, invites openness, and restores our humanity in the gentlest and most nurturing of ways.
Engage in Balinese daily life
Spending a day within a Balinese family compound offers an intimate perspective on their daily lives and spiritual practices. The family engages us in doing what they do on an ordinary day. We may learn the art of creating our own traditional batik; we may pray in the family temple and listen to some of the fears and challenges they face in their daily lives; they may invite us to visit (and shop!) the family workshop where one generation is passing down the family’s livelihood of carving wood into extraordinary works of art. Every year this day has offered our travelers insights into being human and a deepening understanding of our world community.
Practices to enrich your well-being and happiness
We meet your spiritual practice where you are. Morning yoga and meditation are experienced within the beautiful yoga shalas of Bali where pulmaria trees scent the open-air pavilions and the morning playlist is bird song. Often there is a gentle breeze wafting in from the mountains or ocean. This kind of generosity of spirit is bathes us in unconditional love. In this loving space will be our teacher and guide, Blanka Palamós i Claramunt. She is a certified yoga instructor and acupuncture practitioner (more on Blanka in our brochure).
Enter into the mystery through breathwork
Breathwork seems to intensify when you experience it by the ocean in Bali. The beauty of the environment, the freshness of the air, and the spiritual presence woven throughout Bali take us to places beyond knowing. We remember there is magic in us.
Who are our travelers
“We are all walking each other home.” This quote by Ram Dass holds the essence of previous groups we’ve taken to Bali. Our travelers have many shared values; these lay a foundation for connection and belonging. Lasting friendships are created during the many days of sharing exquisite and sometimes challenging experiences. What a wonderful gift at the end of the day—to circle up and share our big moments, deep feelings, and amazing adventures with each other.
